This week we have learned what Chinese New Year is, how is began and how it is celebrated today. We have made lanterns, flags and orchard paintings. We have also sequenced the story and wrote our names and messages in Chinese. We have taken part in traditional customs such as a dragon dance and tasted Chinese food.
School Nurse Visit
The nurses came in to school and talked to the children about washing our hands, brushing our teeth, healthy eating and different feelings.
