We had a fantastic time on the big yard today at our Ball Skills event. We took part in 8 different stations to help us develop our ball skills, as well as our running technique and stamina. The different stations were: throwing shuttlecocks into a target, a penalty shoot-out, football dribbling, weaving through cones with a hockey stick and ball, a throwing and catching station, a basketball into a hoop, underarm throwing of a beanbag into a hoop and finally a baton race. We worked really hard in teams and cheered each other on. Finally, to cool down, we enjoyed an ice pop!
