We’ve had a very exciting day in EYFS!! As part of our 'People Who Help Us' topic, we had a visit from the local fire brigade who brought their fire engine to school to show us and took the time to come and talk to us about their job and how they help people in the community.

We were able to sit in the fire engine, try on a real fire helmet and spray the water from their hose too! We even had the chance to listen to the sounds of the sirens and watched the flashing lights. Even though the rain came, we had a wonderful

time and were so excited to see some real ‘people who help us’.
