A superb morning of sport this morning with the final cross country of the series being held at our school. This paid off with both the boys and girls teams winning this morning's races. This meant that the girls hung on to their 2nd place overall and also pushed the boys team up to be joint 2nd place with Finchale in a very tight competition. When adding the two scores together, our teams were overall joint winners of the competition against 13 other local schools. Huge congratulations to all the children who gave up their Saturday morning to run and thanks to the parents and staff who supported them.
