  • Sponsored Reading!

    Published 05/05/26

We are excited to announce that on Monday 18th May, Rickleton Primary School will be launching a Sponsored Read as part of our celebrations for the National Year of Reading!

It will run for two weeks (including the half term) and end on the Monday 1st June.

This special event is all about encouraging a love of reading in our children. Throughout the day, pupils will spend time enjoying books, sharing stories, and celebrating the joy that reading can bring.

Children are invited to collect sponsorship from family and friends for the time they spend reading. All funds raised will go towards supporting reading opportunities and resources within school.

Please support your child by encouraging them to take part and celebrate reading together at home too.

More information about sponsorship forms and timings will be shared soon.

Thank you for your continued support!
