  Rickleton Primary celebrated Harvest at the Church of Destiny on Tuesday 22nd October. We would like to thank all our parents and carers for the donations, they have been gratefully received by Sunderland Soup Kitchen. 

  

• Hockey fun in year 4

  Well done to those children in year 4 who visited a local competition. Mr Woodhead was thrilled by the resilience, teamwork and communication by all the children- well done future hockey stars!

• Change for Life at Rickleton

  Today, we had an insightful assembly about some of the healthy choices we need to make with diet and exercise. We looked at the sugar content in foods and even counted out 18 teaspoons of sugar in a fizzy drink and a chocolate bar- we were shocked! We had great fun getting active and the whole school took part.
