  Well done to George in Year 4 who has designed a wonderful poster about the importance of talking to someone if you need help.  At Rickleton Primary School we are passionate about raising awareness about mental health and offering support to those in need.

  

• Netball success!

  Congratulations to the school netball team who successfully made it through to League A of the SPSNA Netball League last night! This is a fantastic achievement!

• Children's Mental Health Week

  Today is the start of Children's Mental Health Week and this was the focus in assembly today.

  The children learnt that 'it is ok not to always be ok' and discussed who they can turn to for support in school. The children identified that they could talk to all members of staff, the peer mentors and each other.

  Another focus was on way we can all look after our mental health, such as eating healthily, sleeping well, relaxing and laughing.
