Hello Yellow in EYFS!
On Friday, we celebrated World Mental Health day and dressed in yellow to symbolise this. We recapped our learning about different emotions, thinking about what might make us feel that way. We then discussed how we could improve our mental health and then we then practised some breathing activities to help us feel ‘Yellow’ and ‘Happy’. As part of our day, we took part in some yoga, a yoga story and some mindfulness colouring linking this to the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’.Today, we celebrated World Mental Health day and dressed in yellow to symbolise this.
