Children's Mental Health Week
Today is the start of Children's Mental Health Week and this was the focus in assembly today.
The children learnt that 'it is ok not to always be ok' and discussed who they can turn to for support in school. The children identified that they could talk to all members of staff, the peer mentors and each other.
Another focus was on way we can all look after our mental health, such as eating healthily, sleeping well, relaxing and laughing.
