At RPS we recognise and value the importance of reading and developing a love of reading.

We understand some children find reading more challenging and we therefore want to ensure all staff are as skilled as possible to help make this easier now and in the future.

We have worked with a research group to unpick where children find fluent reading tricky and have developed strategies to help with this.

The impact is already being seen across the school which is fantastic!
