We're delighted that we have (finally) completed our plastic bottle challenge. Yesterday, Y6 spelt out the sentence "Rickleton. Be fantastic, use less plastic!". They used 3578 waste plastic bottles to do this, breaking the previous record. Afterwards, Wrekenton Recycling Centre came and collected the bottles, some of which will be used to make greenhouses on allotments and the others will be recycled for other uses.

Well done to all who donated and to Y6 for doing such a fabulous job.
